Who we are

The Cumberland Beagle Club was founded in 1946 by 25 recently returned WWII servicemen and has a long and proud history of promoting and advocating the hunting, fishing, and shooting sports in its local communities.

As written in the club’s by-laws “The purpose of the association will be to conserve, restore and manage the fish, game and other wildlife and its habitat within Rhode Island.  In addition, the club also seeks to procure better hunting and fishing areas for sportsman alike.”
